Overview

Provide daily HelpDesk support for end users (PC, laptop, printer, software, email, network)
Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and business applications
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
Support network infrastructure, including network cabling, switches and wireless access points
Support production-related IT equipment (barcode scanner, label printer and production terminals)
Maintain IT inventory and asset records
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and maintenance
Ensure IT equipment and network cabling are properly organized according to company standard
Follow IT policies, security standards and documentation procedures
