Overview
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations on occupational safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection in the workplace.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigate workplace incidents, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Organize and deliver EHS training sessions for employees.
- Liaise with local authorities regarding EHS matters.
- Participate in initiatives to improve workplace conditions and safety culture.
- College/University degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese EHS laws and regulations.
- Experience 2-3 years in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA standards is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
