Overview
- Assessment & Development: Identify, evaluate capabilities, and approve new suppliers. Guide suppliers to meet company quality standards.
- Đánh giá & Phát triển: Xác định, đánh giá năng lực và phê duyệt nhà cung cấp mới. Hướng dẫn nhà cung cấp đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của công ty.
- Incoming Quality Control: Monitor and address issues related to defective components and raw materials. Confirm defective goods (NG - Not Good) and request corrective actions from the suppliers.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng đầu vào: Giám sát và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến linh kiện và nguyên vật liệu bị lỗi. Xác nhận hàng hóa bị lỗi (NG - Không đạt yêu cầu) và yêu cầu nhà cung cấp thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục.
- Incoming problem solving: Prepare FA reports (e.g., 8D reports, root cause analysis), and monitor corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Giải quyết vấn đề đầu vào: Chuẩn bị báo cáo phân tích lỗi (ví dụ: báo cáo 8D, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ) và giám sát các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa (CAPA).Define and maintain the SOP for quality test equipments
- Thiết lập và duy trì quy trình hướng dẫn công việc (SOP) cho các thiết bị kiểm tra chất lượng.
- Periodic Audits: Conduct periodic assessments of supplier production processes (System Audit / Process Audit).
- Kiểm toán định kỳ: Tiến hành đánh giá định kỳ quy trình sản xuất của nhà cung cấp (Kiểm toán hệ thống / Kiểm toán quy trình).
- Provide technical training and guidance for operators and technicians about QC test equipments.
- Đào tạo và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật cho công nhân, kỹ thuật viên vận hành về các thiết bị kiểm tra của QC.
