Overview

  • In charge of production line failure, and guide technicians for repair work, ensure troubleshooting is timely and effective.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm về sự cố của dây chuyền sản xuất và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật viên sửa chữa, đảm bảo xử lý sự cố kịp thời và hiệu quả.
  • Do daily maintenance of machine system to ensure system running well and accord with EHS regulations.
  • Bảo trì hệ thống máy móc hàng ngày để đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động tốt và tuân thủ các quy định EHS.
  • Work with process engineer to do FAT in time.
  • Làm việc với các kỹ sư quy trình để tiến hành kiểm tra nghiệm thu tại nhà máy kịp thời
  • Actively participate in production line renovation projects.
  • Tích cực tham gia các dự án cải tạo dây chuyền sản xuất.
  • Analyze and summarize the cause of equipment accidents, improve the machine performance and design for reconstruction.
  • Phân tích và tóm tắt nguyên nhân gây ra tai nạn thiết bị, cải tiến hiệu suất máy móc và thiết kế để tái thiết.
  • Check and confirm the spare parts of the production line every month.
  • Kiểm tra và xác nhận các phụ tùng thay thế của dây chuyền sản xuất hàng tháng.
  • Cooperate with internal audit and external audit. Ensure all the equipments working and be maintained according to related requirements.
  • Hợp tác với kiểm toán nội bộ và kiểm toán bên ngoài. Đảm bảo tất cả các thiết bị hoạt động và được bảo trì theo các yêu cầu liên quan.
