Overview
- Training & Development (Main Focus)
- Lead and manage all training activities across the factory
- Build and execute annual training plan aligned with business & production goals
- Partner with departments to identify skill gaps & capability needs
- Develop training programs for all levels (Operators → Managers)
- Manage training systems: onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership
- Coordinate internal trainers & external vendors
- Track training records, skill matrix, and certifications
- Evaluate effectiveness & drive continuous improvement
- Foster a strong learning culture
- Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower plans
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews
- Ensure strong candidate experience & employer branding
