Overview

  • Manage,control and directs for all shift leader,OP and technician in extrusion and Wrapper workshop.
  • Quản lý, kiểm soát và chỉ đạo tất cả các shift leader, OP và kỹ thuật viên trong xưởng Extrusion và Wrapper.
  • Make manpower plan to meet production demand and manufacturing cost
  • Dựa trên nhu cầu sản xuất để tính toán công suất dây chuyền sản xuất.
  • Lập kế hoạch nhân lực để đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất và chi phí sản xuất.
  • Make production plan & ensure production result to achieve production quantity target,achieve production shipping plan on time.
  • Lập kế hoạch sản xuất và đảm bảo kết quả sản xuất đạt được mục tiêu về số lượng sản phẩm, hoàn thành kế hoạch giao hàng đúng thời gian
  • Review production result, labor working hour, material scrap rate follow KPI target.
  • Xem xét kết quả sản xuất, giờ làm việc của công nhân, tỷ lệ phế liệu vật liệu theo mục tiêu KPI.
  • Ability to plan, organize, evaluate, and prepare inventory reports.
  • Có khả năng lên kế hoạch,tổ chức, đánh giá và làm báo cáo kiểm kê
  • Làm việc với khách hàng để kiểm tra và cải thiện chất lượng.
  • Ensure in 5S improvement & innovation activities.
  • Đảm bảo cải tiến 5S và các hoạt động sáng tạo, đổi mới.
  • Report direct to Production manager: Production weekly/mothly report, Audit report, CIP report, Close work-order report, Training plan, Control manpower report.
  • Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Giám đốc sản xuất: Báo cáo sản xuất hàng tuần, Báo cáo kiểm toán, Báo cáo CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), Báo cáo kết thúc công lệnh sản xuất, Kế hoạch đào tạo, Báo cáo kiểm soát nhân lực.
  • Knowledge about cable process, MES system, ERP or AX systems
  • Có kiến thức về quy trình sản xuất cáp, hệ thống MES, hệ thống AX, ERP
  • Supervise facility technicians to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of air compressor, electrical, water, and HVAC system.
  • Quản lý kỹ thuật viên cơ điện đi ca đảm bảo hệ thống máy nén khí, điện, nước, điều hòa hoạt động bình thường.
