Overview
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Assist in coordinating events: Prepare, pack, and deliver POSM to events and back to office.
- Be present and support for the event organization as required.
- Manage the point-of-sale inventory and control inflow and outflow; responsible for receiving and delivering the inventory items to outlets or to other destinations as required.
- Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Internship duration: 6 months (Full-time)
- Open to 3rd – 4th year students in related majors or recent graduates.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work in late nights as events require.
- Willingness to work in nightlife environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Passionate, outgoing, and team-oriented.
