Overview

  • Understand brand insights and specific campaign objectives; receive guidelines and requirements from the Account team to identify and scout suitable affiliates on TikTok, Shopee Platform, and other relevant channels who align with brand needs for livestream and video review projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to develop a solid network, and collaborate with MCNs to source potential creators for affiliate bookings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with KOLs/KOCs, onboard them for collaborations, and manage affiliate commissions while ensuring clear alignment on timelines and ways of working.
  • Brief KOLs/KOCs on scripts and brand expectations, and manage them throughout the campaign to ensure effective, on-time content delivery that meets brand standards.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance to generate actionable insights that drive better results and optimize ROI.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and root causes behind performance fluctuations to continuously improve affiliate strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/KOC booking, with a strong network of creators.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and campaign planning skills, with strong analytical ability to assess performance metrics.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and collaborative personality with strong communication skills.
  • Active TikTok user who stays updated on the latest trends and creator landscape.
  • Data-driven mindset with great attention to detail and focus on performance outcomes.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to perform well under pressure.
