Overview

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports accurately and on time.
Collect, verify, and consolidate production data from all processing stages to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and manufacturing reports for traceability and audit purposes.
Monitor daily production performance, including production output, yield, material consumption, and process efficiency.
Analyze production yield, identify variances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and control inventory levels of Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Process (WIP), Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods (FG).
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure accurate inventory transactions and timely material movements.
Support physical inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Management.
Bachelor's degree
1 - 2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, MIS, or a manufacturing environment.
Experience using ERP systems is preferred not mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to communicate effectively and prepare reports in English.
