Overview

  • Phối hợp cùng logistics forwarder giám sát tất cả các hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu, thủ tục thông quan hàng hóa và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan (vận chuyển đường biển, đường hàng không, đường bộ).
  • Collaborate with logistics forwarders to oversee all import and export activities (sea, air, and land transportation), customs clearance procedures and resolve related issues.
  • Xem xét và kiểm tra tất cả các chứng từ vận chuyển: Hóa đơn thương mại, Phiếu đóng gói, Vận đơn (B/L), Giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ (C/O)…
  • Review and check all shipping documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (C/O)…
  • Đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời hạn và lập hồ sơ đầy đủ về các lô hàng.
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of shipments.
  • Theo dõi và kiểm soát hàng tồn kho (nguyên liệu thô, thành phẩm, bán thành phẩm) trong kho và dây chuyền sản xuất..
  • Monitor and control inventory (raw materials, finished goods, unfinished goods) in warehouse, production line
  • Phối hợp với trưởng phòng Hành chính tổng hợp:
  • Coordinate with head of general administration:
  • Đảm bảo sự đồng nhất số liệu giữa Hàng tồn kho thực tế - Dữ liệu hệ thống hải quan - Hồ sơ kế toán
  • Ensure alignment between: Physical stock - Customs system data- Accounting records.
  • Lâp báo cáo quyết toán hải quan
  • Material finalization reports with Customs office.
  • Thanh kiểm tra hải quan
