Overview
- Manage the assigned area according to the monthly business plan.
- Quản lý khu vực được giao theo kế hoạch kinh doanh hàng tháng.
- Monitor and support customers in the area to achieve their annual plan targets.
- Giám sát và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong khu vực để đạt được mục tiêu kế hoạch hàng năm của họ.
- Manage customers' monthly sales performance and inventory levels.
- Quản lý hiệu suất bán hàng hàng tháng và mức tồn kho của khách hàng.
- Handle order management and track the delivery process for customers.
- Quản lý đơn hàng và theo dõi quá trình giao nhận hàng của khách hàng.
- Prepare weekly and monthly work plans to support the market.
- Lập kế hoạch công tác hàng tuần, hàng tháng để hỗ trợ thị trường.
- Monitor POS (point of sale) locations and expand the market and POS distribution channels in the area.
- Giám sát các địa điểm POS (điểm bán lẻ) và mở rộng thị trường và các kênh phân phối POS trong khu vực.
- Report market information (customers, competitors, market issues, etc.).
- Báo cáo thông tin thị trường (khách hàng, đối thủ cạnh tranh, các vấn đề thị trường, v.v.).
Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân Quản trị Kinh doanh, Tiếp thị, Thương mại hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial, or related fields
- Kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự là một lợi thế, chấp nhận sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp
- Experience in a similar position is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Thành thạo MS Office (Word, Excel và PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Có thể đọc hiếu, giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh
- A good command of English is a plus.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp và thương lượng tốt
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác khi được yêu cầu
- Willingness to travel for business trips as required.
