Overview

Independently managing dispute cases, including direct communication with clients, competent state authorities, and other dispute resolution bodies
Developing case strategies, conducting legal research, and analyzing case files to effectively resolve disputes
Drafting legal advice, legal opinions, and strategic recommendations in response to clients’ questions regarding disputes
Drafting and reviewing lawsuit dossiers, defense arguments, and other procedural documents for court and arbitration proceedings
Assisting Partners in representing clients, working with relevant parties, and participating in dispute resolution procedures at arbitration centers and courts
Supervising, managing, assigning tasks to, and training junior staff, including Associates and Paralegals
Reviewing work products of junior staff to ensure quality and consistency with the firm’s standards
Supporting Partners in client management, business development activities, and maintaining client relationships when required
Performing other legal tasks as assigned by Partners.
