Overview

  • Xây dựng chiến lược E&S và phát triển bền vững / E&S Strategy and Sustainability Development
  • Thiết lập chiến lược và kế hoạch hành động liên quan đến E&S và các sáng kiến bền vững.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives related to E&S and corporate sustainability.
  • Xây dựng và duy trì bộ khung Hệ thống Quản lý Môi trường và Xã hội (ESMS).
  • Establish and maintain the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) framework.
  • Phát triển, hiệu chỉnh và giám sát thực thi chính sách E&S toàn hệ thống.
  • Develop, revise, and monitor the implementation of company-wide E&S policies.
  • Quản lý tài chính và tài nguyên / Financial and Resource Management
  • Lập kế hoạch và triển khai ngân sách cho các hoạt động E&S và sáng kiến bền vững.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for E&S initiatives and sustainability programs.
  • Đảm bảo sử dụng hiệu quả nguồn lực để đạt mục tiêu bền vững.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources to meet sustainability targets.
  • Tư vấn và phát triển tiêu chuẩn / Advisory and Standards Development
  • Cung cấp tư vấn chuyên môn về tiêu chuẩn, nguyên tắc và chính sách E&S cho Ban lãnh đạo.
  • Provide expert advice to the executive team on E&S standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Xây dựng chiến lược quản lý khí nhà kính, hướng tới cam kết Net Zero của công ty.
  • Develop and execute the company’s GHG management strategy aligned with Net Zero goals.
  • Giám sát tuân thủ và quản lý rủi ro / Compliance and Risk Management
  • Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định, tiêu chuẩn E&S trong toàn hệ thống.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable E&S regulations and internal standards across the organization.
  • Xây dựng và quản lý kế hoạch giảm thiểu tác động tiêu cực và rủi ro E&S.
  • Develop and oversee risk mitigation plans and manage potential negative E&S impacts.
  • Quản lý dự án bền vững / Sustainable Project Management
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch E&S từ các nhà đầu tư và bên liên quan.
  • Coordinate E&S plans as required by investors and key stakeholders.
  • Tổ chức đánh giá thẩm định (Due Diligence) về E&S và giám sát kế hoạch hành động khắc phục (ESAP).
  • Conduct Environmental and Social Due Diligence and supervise the implementation of Environmental and Social Action Plans (ESAP).
