Overview

Lead the review and control of complex legal contracts and transactions, especially in the areas of investment, capital mobilization, and strategic cooperation (foreign investment).
Provide high-level legal advice to the Management Board on investment activities, M&A transactions, land-related projects, and international partnerships.
Participate in designing and proposing investment structures, capital mobilization schemes, and transaction models suitable for each project; assess and manage overall legal risks.
Lead legal due diligence processes and handle key legal matters arising during the implementation of investment projects.
Directly participate in/coordinate negotiations with investors, partners, funds, and domestic and foreign financial institutions.
Represent the Company in working with government authorities; participate in dispute resolution and litigation matters, including disputes involving foreign elements where required.
Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/yearly) and report arising legal matters.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
