Overview

  • 50% – Performance marketing, Online branding, SEO & Website development
  • Play the role of internal expert for digital marketing, including website, social media, online advertising, SEO/AEO, email marketing, etc.. and develop digital media plans that align with the business goals.
  • Must have experience in creating digital strategies and executing A/B tests, marketing funnels, optimizing customer journeys and data-driven digital marketing tactics.
  • Drive business growth by managing performance marketing KPIs, focusing on MQL, CPL, conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage and execute digital platforms, including CMS, Search Console, Google/Meta Ads, GA4, Data Studio, Tag Manager, EDM, Meta Business Manager and social networks.
  • Responsible for website management, analysis and optimization, as well as implementing and maintaining tracking tags for accurate data collection.
  • Execute effective SEO strategies to improve ranking, increase organic traffic and enhance brand awareness & lead generation.
  • Familiar with GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager for implementing tags, tracking and researching analytics and user behaviors to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Monitor ongoing plan & campaign spending against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
  • Conduct digital market research and analyze trends/insights to identify new opportunities, optimize spend, and improve campaign performance based on the insights
  • 30% - MarTech & CRM System management
  • System operations: Directly set up, manage, and operate MarTech platforms - HubSpot, and internal CRM systems.
  • Data Standardization: Manage, clean, and standardize the customer database, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the entire system.
  • Customer journey management: Build and automate marketing workflows to nurture leads at each stage of the customer journey to turn into MQL.
  • In-depth knowledge & understanding of digital consumers’ media behavior and come up with insights and recommendations that will generate an effective digital approach.
  • 20% - Other tasks:
  • Coordinate campaign brainstorming and planning with the Content Planner from the big-picture stage through execution, final analysis and reporting.
  • Cooperate with the internal marketing team and stakeholders to support content, webinars, events and other marketing activities.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics/marketing/commerce.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Content Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and the healthcare industry which is advantageous.
  • Proficient in performance marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, EDM.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and web analytics.
  • Skillset: Analytical, strategic, decision-making, technical, and collaborative skills.
  • Able to work independently & under pressure with good multitasking & time management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
