Overview

Gather and define requirements for AI product features (search, chatbot, knowledge retrieval, automation, evaluation etc.).
Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for engineering teams.
Work closely with engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into buildable solutions.
Define success metrics for features (adoption, quality, performance, reliability).
Track product/feature quality using user feedback, testing results, and error reports.
Support design of operating workflows for the RAG system, including working directly with customers to understand their data sources, content structure, and search/retrieval needs, and participating in the deployment and rollout of the system to customers..
Nice to have: use AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to prototype or validate ideas quickly...
