Overview
- Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements from the Project Manager and Product Owner.
- Translate and structure requirements into well-defined business logic, process flows, conditions, exceptions, and constraints.
- Develop, maintain, and update requirement documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases / System Flows, and Business Rules.
- Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, internally consistent, and fully traceable to corresponding test cases.
- Work cross-functionally with Development and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform impact analysis to evaluate the implications of requirement changes on scope, timeline, and quality.
- AI & Data Platform: AI pipeline, Edge AI, rule-based + AI
- Digital Tranformation: HRM, CMR, Cost Tracking, v.v....
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience.
- Good understanding of requirements vs. solutions and functional vs. non-functional requirements.
- Logical, detail-oriented, and highly attentive to accuracy.
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
- English proficiency in reading and writing; speaking is a plus.
