Overview

Technical solutions and drawings: Based on customer requirements, complete the product configuration plan and provide pre-sale, in-sale and post-sale technical support services.
Customer relationship management: Assist international sales in translation, be responsible for answering customer complaints and following up, and formulate effective solutions; if the issue cannot be resolved online, it is necessary to promptly arrange a business trip to the customer's site for handling.
Product and technical training: Conduct product knowledge and technical training for customers (including company overview, product selling points and advantages, hardware configuration, installation specifications, etc.); continuously optimize without training materials based on training feedback to improve training effectiveness
Market information collection: Pay attention to industry trends and competitor information in the Vietnamese market, regularly organize information or provide samples to the company, and provide references for product strategy optimization.
