Overview
- Consult, design, and quote tour packages based on customer needs (Inbound).
- Develop sample tour itineraries and arrange services within the tour according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments and suppliers to build tour programs.
- Operate and manage all tour services end-to-end, handling any issues that arise during the trip.
- Settle costs and payments with suppliers.
- Support administrative tasks related to the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree related to Tourism/Aviation is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in Tour Operations or an equivalent position.
- Working proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with clients.
- Honest, responsible, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
