Overview

Lead the development of vehicle-level testing and validation solutions throughout product development phases, ensuring alignment with the Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), project timing, and quality targets.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise whole-vehicle testing activities covering safety, vehicle dynamics, driving performance, fuel/energy consumption, NVH, durability, reliability, and other technical attributes.
Establish, standardize, update, and implement test procedures, test methods, and validation standards in accordance with national standards, international standards, and company requirements.
Manage the execution and coordination of internal and external testing activities; ensure compliance with test procedures, quality requirements, project timing, and testing budget.
Manage and coordinate with internal departments, partners, and suppliers during the preparation, execution, and evaluation of testing programs.
Support prototype build, pilot production, mass production, and technical issue resolution related to product testing and validation.
Research, apply, and introduce advanced testing technologies, equipment, and methodologies to enhance design validation capability and product quality. Participate in developing technical standards, testing processes, training programs, and the testing capability development roadmap for the R&D Center.
