Overview

The Accounting & Tax Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the Group’s accounting operations, statutory compliance, tax management, financial reporting, and internal control activities across all business units/entities.
Review monthly and annual financial statements for the Group and Business Unit (BU).
Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and closing activities.
Manage all tax matters including compliance, tax filings, audits, risk mitigation, and tax planning initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
Maintain and strengthen accounting controls, Standard Operating Procedures.
Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
Monitor compliance with delegation of authority and approval matrices.
