Overview

Training Design & Development
Design and develop training programs based on the company’s Competency Framework.
Create and update course content, training materials, assessments, and evaluation criteria.
Research and propose new training modules, including technical and soft-skill programs.
Continuously improve training quality, content, and learning methods.
Training Planning & Execution
Organize and deliver training sessions according to business needs and standards.
Coordinate and implement Learning & Development initiatives (onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, etc.).
Ensure all training activities are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
Address questions, provide support, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
Evaluation & Follow-up
Conduct post-training follow-ups to assess learning applications and provide additional support.
Ensure training documents, tests, and materials are accurate and updated.

Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Economic, Pedagogy or related field of study
Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
3-5 years’ experience in a Training/Learning & Development role in the customer services, retailing, consumer or food and beverage field.
Advanced English language skills (oral and written).
