Overview

  • Accountable to the Financial Executive Director for establishing, organizing, managing, monitoring, and controlling all accounting activities across the Company in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Regulations and Standards.
  • Responsible for preparing financial statements under Vietnamese Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent reflection of the Company’s business performance.
  • Develop annual departmental plans covering operating budget, investment, and staffing.
  • Organize and control cost management within the approved annual budget.
  • Establish, implement, manage, and oversee all accounting activities across the Company, including:
  • + Organizing accounting books, vouchers, and data systems.
  • + Managing and ensuring the efficiency of the Finance & Accounting Department.
  • + Supervising accounting operations at subsidiaries and affiliated units.
  • + Providing guidance and support to subsidiaries on accounting practices.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies and procedures in line with regulations, standards, and Company bylaws.
  • Contribute to the improvement of policies and processes across related departments.
  • Stay updated on accounting/tax standards, regulations, and legal documents; apply and disseminate them within the Company.
  • Organize the preparation and review of financial statements under VAS and IFRS.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle inspections and audits by state authorities
  • Collaborate with departments to establish accounting modules within ERP systems
  • Support ERP implementation for new business units.
  • Evaluate, train, and develop staff to meet departmental and organizational requirements.
  • Advise the Financial Executive Director on financial management and resolution of issues arising from regulatory inconsistencies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Financial Executive Director.
  • Prepare additional reports as required.
