Bán hàng/ Sales
Identify and engage potential tenants, advise, present, and guide them through office tours
Manage contracts and ensure smooth transitions from signing to operational readiness
Develop Strictly adhere to the company’s leasing policies and strategies

Collaborate with the Head of Operations to ensure the workspace is always comfortable and efficient
Support event activities, manage customer requests and issues, and enhance community engagement.
Perform administrative tasks and provide daily operational support for the building.
And other tasks that support the business goals of the leasing department, such as
Planning and Strategy
Collaborate with management to develop plans for prospecting potential tenants and implementing effective strategies
Market Analysis
Coordinate with management and contribute market analysis insights to improve tenant quality and expand the customer portfolio
