Overview
- Triển khai bản vẽ, giám sát các hoạt động thi công xây lắp kết cấu cơ khí, XD công trình/ Organize the implementation of drawings and supervise the construction and installation activities of mechanical structures and building works.
- Làm báo cáo, xây dựng phương án cải tạo, thi công mới các hạng mục công trình xây dựng, cơ khí/ Prepare reports and develop plans for renovation and new construction of building and mechanical works.
- Khảo sát và triển khai xây dựng: bản vẽ thi công, nhân lực, vật tư phục vụ cho công tác thi công dự án, hạng mục công việc đề xuất từ các đơn vị liên quan/ Survey and construction implementation: construction drawings, manpower, materials for project construction, work items proposed by relevant units.
- Bóc tách khối lượng vật tư thiết bị, lên đơn hàng vật tư cho các hạng mục đề nghị từ các đơn vị liên quan/ Calculate the quantities of materials and equipment, and prepare material orders for items requested by relevant departments.
- Giám sát tiến độ, tính toán khối lượng, kiểm soát chất lượng của các hạng mục đảm bảo đúng thiết kế, kế hoạch/ Monitoring progress, calculating quantities, and controlling the quality of items to ensure they conform to design and plan.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên ngành: Autocad (bắt buộc), Solidwork,…/ Proficient in using specialized software: Autocad (obligatory), Solidwork,…
- Lập hồ sơ thiết bị; lập danh mục phụ tùng vật tư sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng/ Equipment profiling; make a list of spare parts, materials for repair and maintenance
