Overview

Position: Head of Operations
Organization: VinFuture Foundation and “For Green Future” Foundation
Work Location: Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lam, Hanoi
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Off every alternative Saturday.
Oversee the Foundations' administrative operations, logistics, and internal systems to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Lead procurement activities, budget planning, budget control, and payment and financial settlement processes in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures, internal regulations, and management systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
Organize and coordinate internal training programs on operational procedures, internal policies, and related compliance requirements.
Collaborate with relevant departments on human resources (HR) matters, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff development, and internal culture initiatives.
Oversee the planning and operational management of events organized, sponsored, or co-hosted by the Foundations, including logistics coordination and cross-functional execution.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Foundations’ leadership.
