Overview
- Forecast & Demand Management (Key Accounts)
- Receive customer forecasts via EDI/email and standardize data according to internal formats.
- Update forecasts into the ERP system and monitor demand fluctuations.
- Collaborate with the Demand & Supply Planning team to:• Confirm supply capability (ATP/CTP).
- Adjust plans in line with actual demand.
- Order Management
- Create and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders (if required).
- Validate commercial terms including lead time, Incoterms, and payment terms.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders in the system.
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Act as the key liaison among cross-functional teams: Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse.
- Monitor the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order placement to delivery.
- Ensure operational continuity, accuracy, and on-time execution.
- Import – Export & Delivery Tracking
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for shipment booking, customs clearance, and delivery execution.
- Track and provide timely updates on order status to customers.
- Ensure on-time and compliant delivery performance.
- Exception Handling
- Manage issues such as stock shortages, delivery delays, and plan changes.
- Propose and implement solutions (e.g., split delivery, alternative products, rescheduling).
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize impact.
- Documentation Control & Finance Handover
- Review and ensure accuracy of documents: Invoice, Packing List, COA/MSDS (if applicable).
- Ensure data consistency across delivery, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounting teams for reconciliation and payment follow-up.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Logistics, or B2B Customer Service roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Good understanding of Incoterms and import-export procedures.
- Proficient in Excel (data tracking, logical processing) and experienced with ERP systems.
- Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proactive and highly responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking.
- Good communication and task management skills.
