Overview

  • Develop the talent development strategy, annual training plan, and budget in alignment with the business direction of the Company and the Group.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and identify competency gaps across functions, positions, and employee groups.
  • Design, organize, and manage technical, soft-skills, management, and leadership development programs.
  • Manage training systems, materials, records, and data; monitor participation, completion rates, and post-training performance.
  • Establish training effectiveness metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement corporate culture initiatives aligned with the core values and strategic direction of VinDynamics and the Group.
  • Organize internal programs, events, and engagement activities to strengthen collaboration, employee experience, and organizational connection.
  • Develop internal communication plans and manage communication content and channels to ensure consistent, timely, and effective delivery of information.
  • Coordinate the communication of HR policies, people programs, training activities, and key messages from the Management Team.
  • Measure employee engagement, communication effectiveness, and cultural alignment; recommend suitable improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to develop and implement online and offline Employer Branding activities in accordance with the Company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy.
  • Develop content that communicates VinDynamics’ workplace environment, culture, career development opportunities, and employee experience.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, career seminars, university engagement programs, and professional community activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate Employer Branding initiatives and recommend solutions to improve brand awareness and candidate attraction.
