  • + Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa, bảo trì định kỳ và bảo trì khắc phục đối với toàn bộ thiết bị của hệ thống.
  • Perform preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance for all treatment system equipment.
  • + Phát hiện, phân tích nguyên nhân và xử lý các sự cố cơ khí, điện và điều khiển.
  • Identify, analyze root causes, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system failures.
  • +Phối hợp với đội vận hành để đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động liên tục và ổn định.
  • Coordinate with operation staff to ensure continuous and stable system performance.
  • + Quản lý vật tư, phụ tùng thay thế và đề xuất kế hoạch bảo trì thiết bị.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and propose maintenance plans for equipment.

Requirements

  • + Có khả năng bảo trì, sửa chữa và thay thế các thiết bị cơ khí như bơm, máy thổi khí, máy khuấy, băng tải bùn, van và đường ống.
  • Capable of maintaining, repairing, and replacing mechanical equipment such as pumps, blowers, mixers, sludge conveyors, valves, and piping systems.
  • + Có khả năng kiểm tra, bảo trì hệ thống điện động lực, tủ điều khiển, biến tần, động cơ điện và thiết bị đo lường.
  • Capable of inspecting and maintaining power distribution systems, control panels, inverters, electric motors, and instrumentation devices.
  • + Hiểu biết về PLC, HMI, cảm biến và hệ thống điều khiển tự động là một lợi thế.
  • Knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, and automation control systems is an advantage.
  • + Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ cơ khí, sơ đồ điện, P&ID và tài liệu kỹ thuật.
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, P&ID drawings, and technical documents.
  • + Thành thạo sử dụng các dụng cụ và thiết bị bảo trì cơ - điện.
  • Proficient in using mechanical and electrical maintenance tools and equipment.
  • + Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp tốt.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • + Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động và sẵn sàng xử lý sự cố ngoài giờ khi cần thiết.
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and willing to respond to emergency maintenance requirements outside normal working hours.
