- Co-host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions with sustained energy across long-form streams
- Demo and explain products in a way that lands with US consumers — culturally fluent, natural, non-scripted
- Drive engagement: read/respond to comments, run giveaways, call out vouchers and flash deals
- Build urgency and close: handle objections, restate offers, push add-to-cart moments
- Maintain compliant claims for beauty, wellness, and regulated categories
- Product Knowledge — ≈30%
- Prepare product knowledge and talking points for each SKU before going live
- Feed post-session insight back to the team: what sold, what stalled, what viewers asked for
- Content Teasing & Review — ≈20%
- Shoot teaser content ahead of livestreams
- Film product review/unboxing content
- Work with the Editor on polished short-form posts
- Keep content voice consistent with livestream
