Overview

Manage shop portfolios, drive sales growth and profitability across shop list
Develop and execute growth strategies covering assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility
Monitor business performance and implement timely corrective actions
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and overall channel efficiency
Lead and assign work within the E-commerce team to ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively
Recruit, develop, and strengthen team to support business goals and operational growth
Manage end-to-end shop operations to ensure smooth execution, including:
Product setup and listing
Promotion setup and performance tracking
Affiliate management
Purchase order (PO)
Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce platforms and partners
Lead business reviews and performance discussions
Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, affiliate team, supply chain and finance to ensure execution excellence
