Overview

  • Launch and customer transition: Lead marketing and customer communications for the transition from MaiMoney’s existing products to open-ended funds, working closely with product, operations, legal/compliance and fund-management partners.
  • Growth and AUM: Build and run a disciplined acquisition, activation, conversion and retention programme that grows funded users and assets under management – not just traffic or vanity sign-ups.
  • Experimentation and analytics: Establish practical growth baselines, define funnel KPIs, run structured experiments, and turn reporting into clear decisions on what to stop, improve or scale.
  • Team leadership: Manage, coach and develop two junior employees; set clear briefs, quality standards, review cadences and accountability while helping them become more independent.
  • Content and creative quality: Own the quality of social content, customer communications, presentations and campaign assets. Create or materially improve important design assets when required.
  • Partners, webinars and events: Work with fund managers and other partners to plan co-marketing initiatives, webinars and educational events; represent MaiMoney confidently at Vietnamese-language events and in professional English discussions with international partners and investors.
  • Budget and ROI: Recommend channel and campaign budgets, manage approved spending, track efficiency and obtain CEO approval before material commitments.
  • Regulated marketing: Work within financial-services requirements, communicate investment products responsibly, and coordinate appropriate review and approval before publication.
