Overview
- Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) from schematic design through construction and as-built stages using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks, identify spatial conflicts between multidisciplinary designs, and propose technical solutions during coordination meetings.
- Ensure all model elements, parametric families, and drawing outputs adhere to project BIM execution plans (BEP), local Vietnam building codes, and client-specific BIM standards.
- Process cases from clients in Vietnam to enhance our overall BIM services' technical standard in Vietnam
- Plan and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects
- Lead the project teams and conduct BIM technology implementation
