Overview
- The Assistant to CEO plays a key role in supporting the CEO in overall company operations
- strategic initiatives, and performance management across departments. This position requires strong
- analytical skills in finance and a solid understanding of import–export operations. The Assistant
- will act as the CEO’s liaison internally and externally to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effective
- execution of corporate objectives.
- Company Operations & Strategic Management
- Participate in developing and improving internal systems, software tools, workflows, and KPIs
- for key departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Import–Export, Operations).
- Consolidate and analyze business and departmental data; prepare performance reports
- presentations, and financial summaries for the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Support the CEO in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and overall performance
- tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize operational efficiency
- reduce waste, and enhance profitability across departments.
- Participate in strategic planning activities and assist in implementing corporate initiatives, new
- projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure alignment, timely execution of key initiatives
- and consistent communication with the executive office.
- Engage in cross-functional problem-solving to mitigate risks, resolve operational issues, and
- improve organizational effectiveness.
- Communicate and coordinate directly—and when required, on behalf of—the CEO with internal
- teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Support the Board of Directors and CEO with special assignments and projects as needed
- Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure optimal time management.
- Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, track action items, and
- ensure accountability and timely follow-up.
- Organize detailed travel itineraries, logistics, and arrangements for the CEO and international
- guests or partners.
- Handle guest relations, including hospitality, gift arrangements, and formal correspondence on
- special occasions.
- Draft official documents, contracts, reports, and corporate communications as assigned by the
- CEO.
- Oversee the company website, social media platforms, and related communication channels to
- maintain a professional corporate image and support PR activities.
