Overview

Position title: Production Manager
Department:
Reports to: Board of Directors
Work location: Lot A57/II – A58/II, Street 2D, Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Binh Tan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Execute tasks and assignments as directed by the BOD.
Advise and support the Director in managing factory operations; develop daily, monthly, and quarterly production plans for upper management's approval, and take full responsibility for organizing execution according to the approved plan.
Supervise and encourage production teams and groups to achieve objectives and plans in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production operations; identify operational bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
Promptly report any issues regarding productivity, quality, equipment, or labor to the Director to receive timely guidance and resolution.
Directly manage and oversee production operations at the factory.
Organize, implement, and direct all factory production activities.
Directly lead and guide Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and Deputy Shop Managers, ensuring smooth and effective coordination in task execution.
Take responsibility for workforce management and production line operations.
Monitor and control production processes, productivity, and quality across all teams and groups during shifts; rigorously manage production efficiency to prevent schedule delays.
