Overview

Verify all payment vouchers, petty cash, advances, rebate vouchers, tax invoices, purchase requisition, purchase orders, cash collection reports, journal vouchers, journal entries, monthly management reports, bank reconciliations.
Assist timely and accurately the generation of management reports for monthly, yearly closing or even ad-hoc basis to Malaysia Head Office
Checking VAT invoice for land rental, infrastructure charge, water charge before issuance and follow up receivable
Assist timely & accurately submission of required documentation to relevant authorities as per the laws & regulations of Vietnam
Prepare management reports including but not limited to monthly reports, quarterly/yearly consol package, yearly budgets & quarterly forecasts.
Prepare the accounts in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), and area of concerns are brought up for solutions in a timely manner
Assist to devise & implement internal controls to the operations to detect & prevent fraud & errors
Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly and ad-hoc reports for City Tax Department with regards to VAT, quarterly/yearly corporate income tax, withholding tax, personal income tax and other taxes.
Assist tax submission & finalization.
Liaise with internal / external auditors, tax authorities, bankers and any relevant government bodies in relation to accounting & finance matters

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, or experience working at a Big 4 accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Vietnamese tax regulations.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Able to work effectively under pressure.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Có tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Big4.
Am hiểu chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam (VAS) và các quy định về thuế.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt (nói và viết).
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, làm việc nhóm và chịu được áp lực công việc.
