Overview

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (airfreight, ocean freight, project logistics ) and other services supporting for international transportation .
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Prepare reports and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in freight forwarding sales and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of global logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience and qualifications).
