Overview

Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan through the company’s professional software system.
Lead and motivate project team members to ensure high performance, successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction from the initial stage to construction, testing, and commissioning.
Communicate project progress, status, and issues to clients and project stakeholders.
Manage all tendering processes, contract awards, and cost control, ensuring that on-site work complies with the latest approved drawings and specifications.
Manage contractors’ work progress on-site and monitor resource adequacy to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project execution.
