Overview

Supervising a construction team and delegating tasks.
Overseeing the daily construction process on the job site.
Checking construction process to ensure the project meets all process.
Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
Assess the main risks/Issues of the project, update, report daily and weekly on the Company’s AECIS System.
Lead the project team to meet client requirements in terms of safety, quality, schedule and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Ensure that on-site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
Manage contractors’ work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on-site.
