  • Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm giám sát các dự án xây dựng, đảm bảo công trình được triển khai đúng tiến độ, trong phạm vi ngân sách và đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn cao nhất về chất lượng và an toàn. Vị trí này yêu cầu phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm dự án, quản lý tiến độ thi công và duy trì giao tiếp hiệu quả với các bên liên quan.
  • Role Description:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves construction supervision with responsibility for coordinating with project teams, managing project schedules, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Giám sát dự án xây dựng từ khi triển khai đến khi hoàn thành, đảm bảo tuân thủ bản vẽ, tiến độ và ngân sách.
  • Kiểm tra và phê duyệt Shop Drawing, biện pháp thi công, RFA (Request for Approval – Đề nghị phê duyệt) và các tài liệu kỹ thuật liên quan.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Ban Quản lý dự án, Nhà thầu và Chủ đầu tư để đảm bảo quá trình thi công diễn ra hiệu quả.
  • Thực hiện kiểm tra hiện trường định kỳ; giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
  • Báo cáo tiến độ cho Ban Quản lý, đồng thời chủ động phát hiện và đề xuất giải pháp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
  • Supervise construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and budget.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, construction methods, RFAs (Requests for Approval), and other technical documents.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Provide progress reports to senior management and proactively identifying and addressing any emerging issues.
