Overview
- Join our R&D team to drive formulation development for new pharmaceutical products in a highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to production.
- Pre-formulation studies and trial/ batch execution
- Research information for evaluating development feasibility and propose development strategy (innovator information, patent check, regulatory related, etc.)
- Prepare Bill of Materials, Production cost, Scale up management; Master formula & Batch Manufacturing Record
- Perform and manage technology transfer (manufacturing pilot batches) from R&D Lab to Production
- Compile data and contribute heavily to the Pharmaceutical Development Report and the CTD Dossier (Module 3.2.P)

- Thực hiện các nghiên cứu tiền công thức và triển khai các lô thử nghiệm.
- Nghiên cứu thông tin phục vụ đánh giá tính khả thi của dự án và đề xuất chiến lược phát triển (thông tin đổi mới, tra cứu bằng sáng chế, các yêu cầu liên quan đến quy định pháp lý, v.v.).
- Chuẩn bị định mức nguyên vật liệu, chi phí sản xuất, quản lý quá trình scale-up; xây dựng công thức gốc và hồ sơ sản xuất lô.
- Thực hiện và quản lý chuyển giao công nghệ (các lô thử nghiệm sản xuất) từ phòng thí nghiệm R&D sang bộ phận Sản xuất.
- Tổng hợp dữ liệu và đóng góp vào Báo cáo Phát triển Dược phẩm và hồ sơ CTD (Module 3.2.P).
- Môi trường năng động, đề cao tư duy phân tích, tinh thần gia đình và văn hóa làm việc nhóm.
