Overview

Thiết lập và triển khai kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ, bảo dưỡng phòng ngừa cho toàn bộ hệ thống máy móc, thiết bị sản xuất tại nhà máy, đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục và hiệu quả.
Giám sát chặt chẽ việc thực hiện các quy trình bảo trì, hiệu chuẩn theo tiêu chuẩn WHO-GMP và EU-GMP, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định chất lượng nghiêm ngặt của ngành dược.
Viết SOP theo tiêu chuẩn WHO-GMP, EU-GMP và thực hiện theo các SOP đã được ban hành
Develop and implement preventive maintenance and periodic maintenance plans for all production machinery and equipment in the factory, ensuring continuous and efficient operations.
Closely monitor the execution of maintenance and calibration procedures in compliance with WHO-GMP and EU-GMP standards, ensuring adherence to the stringent quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
Prepare and update SOPs in accordance with WHO-GMP and EU-GMP standards, and ensure compliance with all approved SOPs during daily operations.
