Overview

  • Chuẩn bị tài liệu & đào tạo kiến thức sản phẩm cho đội ngũ bán hàng, phân theo các nhóm sản phẩm phụ trách
  • Lên kế hoạch và thực hiện chiến lược tiếp thị đã được phê duyệt cho các sản phẩm phụ trách ở cả hai kênh bán lẻ và bệnh viện
  • Soạn thảo các tài liệu quảng cáo, nội dung truyền thông và công cụ y khoa để hỗ trợ các hoạt động tiếp thị
  • Nghiên cứu và sáng tạo các công cụ, chương trình và giải pháp hỗ trợ và thúc đẩy doanh số cho nhóm sản phẩm phụ trách.
  • Tiếp cận thị trường kênh bệnh viện và bán lẻ, phân tích dữ liệu sản phẩm và theo dõi hoạt động của các đối thủ cạnh tranh, kịp thời đề xuất các chương trình hỗ trợ đội ngũ kinh doanh.
  • Triển khai và đánh giá hiệu quả các chương trình marketing liên quan đến sản phẩm phụ trách, báo cáo kết quả hoạt động theo quý, năm và theo yêu cầu từ cấp trên
  • Prepare product materials and deliver product training for the sales team, categorized by assigned product groups.
  • Plan and execute approved marketing strategies for assigned products across both retail and hospital channels.
  • Develop promotional materials, communication content, and medical tools to support marketing activities.
  • Research and create tools, programs, and solutions to support and drive sales performance for assigned product groups.
  • Approach with both hospital and retail markets; analyze product data and monitor competitor activities to proactively propose support programs for the sales team.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs related to assigned products; report performance quarterly, annually, and as required by management.
