Overview

  • Phát triển, xem xét các tài liệu trong hệ thống chất lượng.
  • Thực hiện các hoạt động của hệ thống theo các hướng dẫn và đánh giá rủi ro chất lượng.
  • Thực hiện và giám sát thanh tra nội bộ tại Davipharm và thanh tra bên ngoài tại nhà máy sản xuất / văn phòng của các nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo hệ thống chất lượng và chất lượng sản phẩm của Davipharm.
  • Tham gia vào các sai lệch và hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa (CAPA) để đảm bảo việc thực hiện hiệu quả và kịp thời theo quy trình đã thực hiện, bao gồm cả việc bắt đầu các hành động để ngăn chặn việc không tuân thủ.
  • Tham gia điều tra và quản lý khiếu nại, hàng trả về, đảm bảo thực hiện hiệu quả, kịp thời theo quy trình đã thực hiện. Đánh giá tác động của khiếu nại đối với sản phẩm trên thị trường.
  • Thực hiện các dự án được chỉ định để phát triển Hệ thống chất lượng dược phẩm tại Davipharm.
  • Giám sát quá trình đánh giá và ký kết Thỏa thuận Chất lượng với các nhà sản xuất / nhà cung cấp / dịch vụ.
  • Developing, reviewing documentation in quality system.
  • Implementation of system activities in accordance with the guidelines and quality risk management.
  • Performing and supervision of internal audits at Davipharm and external audits at contractors’ production sites/ offices to ensure the quality system and quality of Davipharm products.
  • Participation in the deviation and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure the effective and timely implementation in accordance with the implemented procedure, including initiation of actions to prevent non-compliance.
  • Participation in the investigation and supervision of complaints, returned products, ensuring their efficient and timely implementation in accordance with the implemented procedure. Assessment of the impact of the complaint on the product on the market.
  • Implementation of designated projects for the development of the Pharmaceutical Quality System in Davipharm.
  • Supervision over the process of qualification and Quality Agreements with manufacturers/ suppliers/ service.
