Responsibility:
Update Assumptions and proposal for project development:
Detailed assessment on market research, legal, phasing and master plan,…to propose feasible options for the project to apply in operational phase.
Collect data from related departments/divisions to input, build Pre-FS/FS models.
Build relationships, manage timeline, responses and quality when working with external partners.
Analyze Pre-FS/FS and assess financial performance for the project in pre-development and operational phase.
Follow daily operation and update FS/FA for impact assessment
Work with stakeholders for the approval
Update actual operation quarterly:
Analyze project performance based on actual operation quarterly.
Manage and analyze actual numbers of projects for specific purposes
Update FS with annual business plan.
Build FS for each phase of a large-scale township.
Other tasks required by Line Manager:
Depending on specific situation, it is needed to complete Line Manager’s requirements.
