Overview

  • Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and clarify business needs.
  • Translate requirements into BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct gap analysis between user needs, product capabilities, and accounting standards.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, and UI/UX to ensure requirement alignment across all stages of development.
  • Support UAT planning and execution: test cases creation, validation, and feedback tracking.
  • Perform data analysis to improve product decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Maintain documentation of product features, business processes, and change logs.
  • Work with end-users to identify improvement opportunities and optimize accounting workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related areas.
  • 1–3+ years of experience as BA/SA in software development or accounting system implementation.
  • Understanding of key accounting concepts such as financial reports, AP/AR, tax calculation, reconciliation.
  • Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, data validation, and problem analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
  • Experience working with ERP/Accounting Software, e-commerce settlement rules, or digital finance systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and data analysis workflows.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CFA foundation, CPA) are strong pluses.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business logic.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Proactiveness and strong ownership to drive tasks to completion.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate in a high-paced environment.
