Overview

Manage all operational aspects of confirmed bookings in Da Nang and Central Vietnam
Coordinate with hotels, venues, and transport suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Oversee execution of MICE group programs, including large-scale corporate events
Prepare and check documentation — vouchers, rooming lists, itineraries
Handle on-the-ground issue resolution during guest arrivals and events
Report on service delivery, supplier performance, and client feedback
Proven experience in DMC or hotel operations, ideally in Central Vietnam
Experience handling MICE groups and large-scale event logistics
Strong supplier network in Da Nang and surrounding areas
Well organized, able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
Good English communication skills
