Overview
- AI Application Development
- Design and develop AI-powered features using modern LLM technologies
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI assistants
- Integrate AI capabilities into backend systems and internal tools
- Implement prompt engineering and context management strategies
- Data & Retrieval Integration
- Work with structured and unstructured data from internal systems
- Build embedding pipelines and vector search solutions
- Integrate AI with databases, APIs, and data warehouse systems
- Design semantic search and knowledge retrieval mechanisms
- System Integration & Production Deployment
- Deploy AI services into production environments
- Optimize performance, latency, cost, and reliability
- Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability
- Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams
- Your Skills and Experience
- Required AI Skills
- Experience using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
- Practical experience with RAG architectures
- Understanding of embeddings and vector search
- Experience in prompt engineering and context design
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph
- Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Familiarity with search engines (OpenSearch or Elasticsearch)
- Experience deploying applications using Docker or cloud platforms
- Experience working with analytics or data warehouse systems

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building AI or LLM-based applications
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience building backend services, APIs, or distributed systems
- Familiarity with SQL and working with databases
