Overview

Design, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance initiatives.
Build and manage Data Quality frameworks and monitoring processes.
Implement and maintain Data Security and Access Control mechanisms.
Develop and operate Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Lineage capabilities.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Units, and Information Security teams to establish governance standards.
Evaluate, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance tools.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, or Data Security.
Practical implementation experience with one or more of the following tools:
+ Apache Ranger
+ OpenMetadata
+ Apache Atlas
+ DataHub
+ Great Expectations
+ Collibra
+ Microsoft Purview
+ Informatica Data Quality (or similar)
Strong experience in:
+ Data Quality Management
+ Metadata Management
+ Data Catalog & Data Lineage
+ Data Access Management
+ Data Classification
+ Sensitive Data Protection
Experience working with modern data platforms such as Trino, Hive, Iceberg, Spark, Kafka, StarRocks, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Securities, or Fintech.
Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or other Data Governance frameworks.
Experience implementing enterprise-scale Data Governance solutions.
