Overview

  • Vận hành hệ thống mạng (Core Responsibility)
  • Quản trị, vận hành hệ thống mạng:
  • LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity
  • Switch, Router, Firewall, WiFi (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, F5…)
  • Đảm bảo:
  • + Hệ thống hoạt động ổn định
  • + Latency thấp, phù hợp môi trường tài chính, trading
  • Xử lý sự cố mạng, phân tích root cause, đảm bảo uptime SLA
  • Tự động hóa vận hành mạng (Automation, NetDevOps)
  • Thiết kế và triển khai:
  • + Network automation framework
  • + Self-service provisioning (Zero Touch, API-driven)
  • Xây dựng automation sử dụng:
  • Python, Ansible, REST API
  • Tự động hóa các tác vụ:
  • + Provision VLAN, SSID, Firewall policy
  • + Backup config, compliance check
  • + Audit cấu hình (baseline compliance)
  • Ứng dụng AI, AI-Ops vào vận hành mạng
  • Triển khai các giải pháp AIOps, Network Analytics: phân tích log, traffic, anomaly detection
  • Xây dựng các use-case:
  • + Phát hiện sự cố mạng trước khi xảy ra (predictive alerting)
  • + Tự động phân tích root cause
  • Tích hợp:
  • + ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana
  • + AI model (rule-based hoặc ML-based)
  • Tích hợp hệ thống và Zero Trust
  • Tích hợp Network với:
  • + NAC (Forescout, ClearPass)
  • + Identity (AD, Azure, Intune)
  • Xây dựng:
  • + Network segmentation (VLAN, VRF, micro-segmentation)
  • + Zero Trust access control
  • Monitoring & Observability
  • Xây dựng hệ thống monitoring tập trung:
  • Network + Application + Security
  • Triển khai:
  • Dashboard real-time

Requirements

  • Kinh nghiệm
  • ≥ 5 năm kinh nghiệm: Network, Infrastructure
  • Có kinh nghiệm thực tế: enterprise network (multi-site, DC, Hybrid Cloud)
  • Kiến thức kỹ thuật
  • Mạng:
  • Routing, Switching: BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, VXLAN, EVPN (các vendor như Cisco, Aruba, Fortigate, Asrista ...)
  • Firewall, NAT, VPN: Checkpoint, Fortigate, ...
  • WiFi enterprise (Aruba, Cisco)
  • F5, Global loadbalancer ...
  • Hệ thống:
  • Linux, Windows Server
  • Cloud: Azure, AWS (basic networking)
  • Automation & DevOps (bắt buộc)
  • Thành thạo:
  • Python (script automation), REST API
  • Kinh nghiệm: Ansible, Terraform (là điểm cộng)
  • AI-Ops, Monitoring (ưu tiên cao)
  • Có kinh nghiệm một trong các ứng dụng monitor ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Solarwin, Opmanager
  • Hiểu: log analysis, anomaly detection, SNMP
  • Ưu tiên: đã làm AI, ML ứng dụng trong IT Ops
  • Security & NAC
  • Hiểu: Zero Trust, NAC (Forescout, ClearPass)
  • Kinh nghiệm: segmentation, policy control
  • Kỹ năng khác
  • Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh tốt
  • Phân tích sự cố, tư duy hệ thống
  • Làm việc độc lập và teamwork tốt
  • Chịu áp lực cao (incident, production)
